It has two pricing plans. the free plan which allows up to 5 projects and 100 pages per month; the premium plan which allows up to 40 projects and 1000 pages per month. You can try both of them easily because they don't require any registration. PDFMonkey can be used online or offline. You can upload files from cloud storage services like Google Drive, Dropbox, Box etc., or from your computer's hard drive. Once uploaded, you can choose the format of the output pdf file (either PDF/A or PDF/X. You can also specify the size of the page (i.e. A4, US legal etc..
