Integration of Asana and ClickMeeting

    What is Asana?

Asana is a web-based project management software. Asana can be used for personal, business and group tasks. It is a useful tool for managing daily tasks. For example, you can create a task list that will organize your daily activities. You can also use it to manage work tasks for your team.Asana is free to use up to 20 members and tools are available for integration with websites and other applications such as Dropbox, Google Mail, Twitter, Evernote etc.Asana allows you to share tasks between team members and the system will send alerts when tasks are late or due.

    What is ClickMeeting?

ClickMeeting is a video conferencing tool that can be used for online meetings. It has free and paid plans. The free plan allows one user per meeting, while the paid plan allows multiple users per meeting. Its features include screen sharing, chat, remote desktop control and built-in video conference calling.Configuring ClickMeeting is easy; you just need to choose a name for your meeting and then choose a date and time for it. Then you can decide whether file transfer is required or not, whether audio and/or video will be used and whether the meeting is group based (for up to 10 people. or individual (for up to 2 people. After creating the meeting, you can invite your participants by sending them an email message with an invitation link which they can use to join the meeting. The participants can upload files for sharing and mention specific times when they want to speak. Also, they can ask questions from the meeting's host(s.

    Integration of Asana and ClickMeeting

Integration of Asana and ClickMeeting is possible using Zapier. Zapier is a web application that connects two different web applications. Using it, you can create automated workflows that process data between applications. For instance, you can create a workflow that automatically sends a task from Asana to ClickMeeting once it's complete. This way, you won't waste time on manually transferring the task from one application to another. It works by sending information from one application (called the "trigger". to another ("action". The information sent from the trigger application to the target application is called an "event". An event in Zapier contains three pieces of information. who created it, what type it was created as (e.g., task update), and the data itself (the task title or description. Once an event has been received by an application (called an "action"), it may trigger additional events in other applications or take actions directly in that application. For instance, when an event occurs in your task manager app like Asana, Zapier will send that event over to our ClickMeeting integration so that you can automatically start a video call with all the relevant participants whenever a task is completed.

The integration between Slack and Trello allows you to instantly create Trello cards via Slack commands. This way, you won't lose any tasks. If there's a new task or card created in Trello, Slack will send you a notification about it right away so that you can take action on it immediately if needed. Also, if there's any change done on Trello cards, Slack will get notified about it and will let you know about it via a new notification message.Using this integration, you'll be able to save time on typing out tasks on Trello cards manually because you'll be able to do it directly from Slack instead of having to go back and forth between the two tools every time you need something done in Trello. There are many different things you can do using this integration such as creating a new card when someone mentions a keyword related to your project checklist; creating a checklist card when another user types out a certain keyword; creating checklists in Trello when someone uses specific keywords in their messages etc... However, at first, we recommend choosing one of these two examples only because adding too many options might make things confusing for Trello users who don't know how to use this feature yet.Zapier also allows you to integrate Asana with Slack via an app called Auto-Ascii because there are some things that aren't possible via Zapier alone. Auto-Ascii helps you create custom Slack commands that create tasks in Asana when triggered through Slack chats. Through this app, you can create anything from simple commands such as "thank" or "smile" which creates a thank-you note or smiley face respectively on Asana; to more complicated commands like the ones below:

Command 1. I ran 3 miles today! [pick mileage]#run 3 miles tonight! [add note]#new runners welcome!Command 2. I'm done for today! [add note]#time for dinner & relax!Command 3. I'm working hard on Monday [add note]#party tmrw night! With these commands, Auto-Ascii will automatically create tasks in Asana when someone types them out on Slack. This way, there won't be any confusion about what needs to be done in Asana since everything will be clear and detailed in Slack chats where everyone can see what's going on at all times instead of having to check every single task in Asana one by one which might take quite some time depending on how many projects and tasks there are currently open on your Asana dashboard.Command 4. @that user. I know this isn't formal but I really appreciate your help! [add note][send gift][offer discount][invite for coffee][suggest meeting][ask for advice]This command will send any kind of gift (from Amazon), discount code (from Retail Me Not), invitation (from Eventbrite), coffee request (from Douzo. or advice (from Ask Alfred. to the person mentioned above if he/she hasn't already received one before. This way, if someone needs help with something or would like to thank him/her politely for participating in your project(s), he/she doesn't need to type out long sentences separately on Slack since everything will already be clear through commands like these instead of having to write separate notes on Asana cards which would take much more time than doing things directly via Slack chats as mentioned above. Note. If there's already a note attached to a card with any of these keywords mentioned above (e.g., "#offer discount" on a card), Auto-Ascii will skip it since it would make sense not to send another discount code if someone already has one for this project or task.Command 5. @that user. Thank you again for coming yesterday! [add note][invite for coffee]This command will send any kind of gift (from Amazon), discount code (from Retail Me Not), invitation (from Eventbrite), coffee request (from Douzo. or advice (from Ask Alfred. to the person mentioned above if he/she hasn't already received one before.
