Asana is a web-based project management system designed by Facebook to help teams work together efficiently. The platform can be used for any type of team, from large corporations to small startups. The top allows team members to share tasks and assign due dates, as well as to comment on specific projects. It includes task boards, checklists, time tracking, and other features that make it easy for users to organize projects and cplaborate effectively.

BulkGate?

BulkGate is an online service for bulk email marketing. It allows users to send personalized messages to selected groups of recipients, but only requires the user to enter the email addresses for each group once, rather than multiple times.

Integration of Asana and BulkGate

Both Asana and BulkGate are powerful business applications that can be used together. To begin using them together, you will need to open both applications in separate browser tabs. For the purposes of this example, the Asana tab will be named “Asana” and the BulkGate tab will be named “BulkGate.”

First, you will need to create a campaign in BulkGate. This consists of choosing your template, writing your email content, adding images, and entering the recipient list. After you have done so, click the “Send Now” button at the top right corner of the page.

In order to send this email through Asana, you will first need an Asana account. You can sign up for an account here. Once you have created an account, you will need to connect it to your BulkGate account. In order to do this, you will need to go to your BulkGate campaign page. Click the “Recipients” option in the left sidebar, then click “Link to an existing Asana project” on the right side. Click the “Log in to Asana” button, then log in with your Asana credentials. Click on the project that you want to link to your BulkGate campaign page from your Asana account, then click “Link Project.” You have now linked the two accounts, and you can begin sending messages through Asana.

To send messages through Asana, you will need to fplow these steps:

Step 1. Click on the name of your campaign in BulkGate’s Recipient menu. If you have not previously created a campaign within this account, you will be prompted to do so. Choose a template and write your message. This process is similar to the one used in BulkGate itself.

Step 2. Click “Add Image(s.” When you click this link, a new window will open with an Asana-inspired interface; here, you can select the image or images that you want to use as part of your email campaign. You can either drag and drop them onto this window or click “Choose File” and select them from your computer. Then click “Insert Image” and wait for it to upload; once it has uploaded successfully, click “Save Image(s)” and return to the BulkGate tab (by clicking its tab or clicking back. You can repeat these steps as many times as you like until all of your images have been uploaded and saved correctly.

Step 3. Click “Submit Email Campaign.” On this page, select how many recipients you would like to reach and specify their email addresses. Enter the subject line and message text for your message; once you have entered everything correctly, click “Begin Sending Emails!” and wait until your recipients start receiving your messages automatically through their inboxes. If you want to manually send messages through Asana at a later date or time, click into that same campaign and then click “Send Now” again at the top right corner of the screen. This will enable you to select when you would like messages sent out during any given period of time over the next seven days—and if you choose Sunday at midnight or Monday at midnight instead of 8 AM Pacific Time or 1 PM Pacific Time on weekdays, you can delay messages being sent out until later in the day so they do not interrupt recipients while they are working! Note that if you use the same template again while manually sending messages through Asana, all of your recipient lists will be saved so that there is no need for you to re-enter them every time.
