Pendo offers a comprehensive set of out-of-the-box integrations that support most popular cloud services including AWS and Google Cloud Platform. Pendo offers the ability to create custom integrations in any programming language or platform using its API. You can also develop custom charts and dashboards using its widgets and reports.

Integration of Amazon SQS and Pendo is useful because it allows you to collect user feedback (post-mortems. from Amazon SQS queues for further analysis. This integration can be done easily using Pendo’s REST API and AWS Lambda Functions. We will be using NodeJS and Express framework for this app.

While running this app, you need to have Pendo account in order to receive notifications from SNS sent by Amazon SQS on behalf of Pendo.
