    Integration of Amazon SNS and Zoho Desk

Amazon SNS is integrated with Zoho Desk via API calls and webhooks. The user creates an AWS SNS Topic and a Zoho Subscription which communicates with each other using these two methods.

When a customer submits an inquiry on the Zoho Desk website, it sends an email to the selected email address in the Zoho Desk dashboard. The Zoho Desk system then connects to Amazon SNS by sending an HTTP Request (webhook. to the Amazon SNS topic created by the user.
