You will then be redirected back to your tab "Credentials". choose "OAuth 2.0 client IDs", expand it then click on the link that says "New consumer key" or something similar:You may then be prompted for your credentials again so enter them then click on "OK". Choose a name for your project then click on "Create" then on "Close". You will then be prompted for your credentials again so enter them then click on "OK". After creating your OAuth 2.0 client ID, select the tab "Credentials" and choose "OAuth 2.0 client IDs":Choose the client ID that corresponds to your project then click on the link that says "Edit", which should lead you to this page:Then click on the button that says "Create consent screen" under the heading that says "Add product name", which should lead you to this page:Choose a privacy policy URL then click on the button that says "Create consent screen". You may then be prompted for your credentials again so enter them then click on OK. Choose a product name for your project which should lead you back to the page where you created your OAuth 2.0 client ID:After choosing a product name, go back to "https://console.developers.google.com/flows" and choose the tab entitled "OAuth 2.0 client IDs". choose the client ID that was created earlier:You may then be prompted for your credentials again so enter them then select a default contact service provider, which should lead you back to the tab entitled 'OAuth 2.0 client IDs'. Choose the tab entitled 'OAuth 2.0 consent screen URLs':To create a URL, copy and paste the values in this link. https://www.googleapis.com/oauth2/v3/consent/googlesamples/readonly/emailaddress , change /emailaddress into /contacts . Then copy and paste this URL into its respective box. https://accounts.google.com/o/oauth2/v2/auth?scope=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.googleapis.com%2Fauth%2Fcontacts&redirect_uri=urn%3Aietf%3Awg%3Aoauth%3A2.0%3Aoob&response_type=code &client_id=530795996488-hl8c6rqthhg9i69b8l7k7kct6v5k8p4c1bl@devportal . After doing this, click on the button that says Save, which should lead you back to the tab entitled 'OAuth 2.0 consent screen URLs':Then choose the tab entitled 'OAuth 2.'0 client IDs'. choose 'Permissions', expand it and check the box next to 'Full scope', which should lead you back to the tab entitled 'OAuth 2.'0 client IDs' Choose 'Services' from the left navigation menu, scroll down until you find Contacts API v1.0 underneath Product name and click on 'Configure Consent Screen'. This should lead you to this page. You may then be prompted for your credentials again so enter them twice. Then choose a title for your consent screen which should lead you back to this page. Then click on Save which should lead you back to this page. After saving this consent screen, choose 'Update' from the top navigation bar. Then choose 'Update' from the right pane. Choose 'Libraries' from the left navigation menu, scroll down until you find Google+ API underneath Product name and click on 'Details' (if it is not already selected), which should redirect you back to this page. If it shows version 3 instead of version 2, click on version 2 which should lead you back to this page. Choose 'Get Started' underneath 'Quickstart using OAuth 2.'0', which should redirect you back out of all tabs until this one. After clicking on 'Get Started', choose 'Authorization' from the left navigation menu, scroll down until you find Google+ API underneath Product name and click on 'Credentials', which should redirect you back out of all tabs until this one. After clicking on Credentials, choose 'OAuth 2.'0 client IDs', expand it then click on the link that says New OAuth 2.'0 client ID', which should redirect you out of all tabs until this one. Choose Web Application as app type and give it a name. After entering your information, select 'File' from the top navigation bar and choose Save then choose 'Allow' from the right pane after saving it. Now go back out of all tabs until this one. Choose 'Credentials' from the left navigation menu, scroll down until you find Google+ API underneath Product name and click on 'Credentials', which should redirect you out of all tabs until this one. Scroll down until you find Google+ API v2 Service Account under Service Account Key Permissions and click on Create New Service Account Key which should redirect you out
