In this paper, I will outline the benefits of integrating Airtable and Intercom, as well as how to integrate them and the general implementation process.

By integrating Airtable and Intercom, you can take advantage of the advantages of each platform and combine them into one cohesive solution. For example, using Airtable to track leads and Intercom to communicate with leads, you can streamline your communication process by automating routine tasks, like confirming email addresses and sending reminders to follow up.I'll walk through an example of how to set up both platforms for lead tracking. First, you need to create a new spreadsheet for each contact in the Airtable app. Then, enter the necessary information about the prospect, such as their name, email address or personal website, and any notes about the prospect. Next, connect your Airtable database to Intercom by going to your database's settings page and clicking on the Connected Apps tab. Select Intercom and click "Connect." Once connected, you will be prompted to enter your API keys. After entering your API keys, you can complete the setup by naming your connection.
