Integration of Airtable and Facebook Messenger

Airtable is a web-based tool that is used to manage lists, notes, and databases. It is more than just a database because it has a visual interface that allows users to create and then populate these lists with their data. Airtable also provides the ability to share these lists with others so they can view and edit the information at any time.Airtable allows you to create tables which are the basic structure of the database. Each table can have multiple columns and rows. In order to create a table, you must choose a name for it and the number of columns and rows used to make this table. Once you have created your tables, you can add data to these tables in the form of records. Records can be added to your table two ways. manually or by importing your data from another source.

Each record can have multiple fields. You can choose what type of data you want to store in each field. text, numbers, date, image or links. There is also a notes section where you can add comments for each record. Airtable also provides the opportunity to upload files to your records by way of links or attaching the files directly into the note section.Airtable has many different types of views you can use to display your tables, such as grid view, calendar view and columnar views.

Facebook Messenger is an instant messaging app that was launched in 2011 and has grown exponentially since then. You can chat with friends and send them instant video and pictures. Facebook Messenger provides voice calls, video calls, group chats, sending payments, stickers and GIFs, games, and much more. This service is free for everyone in the United States and Canada, but other countries have different rates for this service.Facebook Messenger is owned by Facebook and it is currently available for iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows Phone, Macs and PCs, and even some smartwatches and TVs. In addition, Facebook Messenger now supports bots that users can converse with using Facebook Messenger; this includes everything from ordering pizza to getting news updates from popular sources like CNN or ESPN .As of May 2017 there were over 1.2 billion users on Facebook Messenger. The integration between Airtable and Facebook Messenger is done in two ways. exporting data from Airtable into Facebook Messenger to be able to share it, and importing data from Facebook Messenger into Airtable so that is becomes searchable within Airtable.

Airtable automatically exports its data into spreadsheets that are shared via Google Sheets. (This is the same spreadsheet format used by Google Docs.. These spreadsheets are then imported into Facebook Messenger using either the "message" or "post" feature on Facebook Messenger. If an author wants to display their Airtable data on their website or blog, they can do this by putting the URL of the Google Sheets document containing their data into a post on their Facebook Page or Profile. Alternatively, if they want to include their data in a blog post or article without linking back to their website or blog, they can put the URL of the Google Sheets document containing their data into a message on Facebook Messenger, or they could create a bot based on this spreadsheet data and allow people to communicate with their bot via Facebook Messenger.

To import data from Airtable into Facebook Messenger via Google Sheets, the user must first have a Google account. Then they must go into their profile on Airtable (click your profile photo. > Settings > Integrations > Google Sheets Integration > Setup new spreadsheet . Then they will be prompted to sign into their Google account. They will then see a list of all of their Airtable tables; they must click “Enable” next to the table they want to import into Google Sheets. After that they will be presented with a list of all of the columns in that table; they can select which columns they want to export, set whether or not they want to export sub-tables from this table (they may not want every sub-table in a table exported into Google Sheets), select how often they want this data updated (every time something changes on Airtable or daily), and whether or not they want duplicates exported (matching records will be merged together. They must then give their Google Sheet a title, choose where they want the file saved on their computer, and then hit “Export” to start downloading this Google Sheet file onto their computer!
