When importing a CSV file into the Zoho Contact account, you need to make sure that it is formatted correctly. To do this, you should use the “Text Import Wizard” provided by Google Sheets. After the contacts have been imported, they will be stored in your Zoho Contact account.
    • Make sure that you adjust the contact fields in the Agile CRM account so that they conform to the Zoho contact structure. There are more than 150 contact fields available in Zoho Contact and most of them are optional. You can use these fields to provide additional contact information such as address, phone number, website URL and many others.
    • The next step is to find out if your customers are using Zoho Mail or Gmail as their main email service provider. If they are using Gmail or Zoho Mail then it is very important that you enable “Email Forwarding” in their contact records in Agile CRM account. This will ensure that all emails sent to their addresses will be forwarded to their inboxes in Zoho Connect Account.
    • Next, you need to export all existing contacts from the Agile CRM account into a CSV file. When exporting the contacts, you also need to select the “Order” cpumn. This will ensure that each contact record maintains its original alphabetical order in the CSV file once it has been exported into Zoho Connect Account. Once these steps have been completed, it will be very easy for you to import contacts into Zoho Connect account from this CSV file.
    • You may also want to make use of the “Zoho Addons” modules while integrating your Agile CRM and Zoho Connect accounts. These “Zoho Addons” are very powerful tops that allow users to add information related to social media profiles, manage leads and contacts from Gmail, view leads and convert them into customers based on specific criteria, get real time analytics data and much more. These “Zoho Addons” can help improve your sales cycles and increase the chances of closing deals faster than ever before.
    • You should now go ahead and set up such features in the Agile CRM Account as Auto-Fills and Auto-Complete fields in all of your contact records in order to make it easier for users to fill out their contact details in Agile CRM account during future interactions with customers or leads. This will help create duplicate contacts in both accounts but will also help users synchronize all their contact details from both accounts so that they can access them whenever they want without having to go through a tedious process every time they want access customer data from either of these two platforms even if they are using different operating systems like Windows, OS X or Linux for instance.
    • With just a few simple steps, you can bridge the gap between Agile CRM and Zoho Connect accounts without breaking a sweat!
