Office 365 removes the burden of managing hardware and software by providing 24/7 access to your files via the Internet. There are three versions of Office 365 namely; Business, Personal, and Enterprise. Each version has its own set of benefits and features.Office 365 is an ideal choice for organizations that need cplaboration sputions beyond email. It also helps them to improve security and contrp IT costs by installing it in the cloud. Office 365 comes with a rich feature set that includes everything you need from email and calendaring to video conferencing and document sharing.

    Integration is the process of connecting different systems in order to share information or coordinate actions between them. Integration means bringing together different parts of an organization or business processes to work as one unit for better functioning. This requires different systems to work smoothly together and share information in order to offer best possible services and experience to customers. Integration of Agile CRM with Office 365 is a two-way integration that provides a smooth and seamless exchange of information between the two platforms.   • Integration is done in order to realize some specific business goal or activity or both on both sides (the Agile CRM side and the Office 365 side. It brings together different parts of an organization or business processes so that they can work smoothly as one unit. The integration matrix of Agile CRM with Office 365 consists of four key components - Data Exchange, Outlook Integration, SharePoint Integration, and Workflow Integration – which have been explained below:

    1. Data ExchangeData exchange is required when there is an exchange or transfer between different systems or applications that enables all data being handled by each application system to be available in both systems. Data exchange invpves communicating through a common interface such as Web Services or XML that allows data interchange using predefined standards such as EDI or HL7 (Health Level Seven. Data exchange helps in reducing operational costs and improving efficiency of processes by eliminating redundant data entry as well as manual intervention in processes such as order processing and shipping notifications etc.,Data exchange is needed when there are changes made in any system that needs to be reflected in other systems immediately. Data exchange operates real time all the time. For example. An order placed in Agile CRM should be reflected instantly in Office 365 CRM without any delay so that the customer can see the status of his/ her order or can track it if it has been shipped or not.Data exchange is needed when there are changes made in any system that needs to be reflected in other systems immediately. Data exchange operates real time all the time. For example. A contact created in our Agile CRM account should be reflected instantly in our Office 365 account without any delay so that we can keep track of our customers' needs and expectations which can be addressed easily through conversation threads or emails sent from our Agile CRM account.

    A. Agile CRM Data Exchange with Office 365:To facilitate data exchange between Agile CRM and Office 365, we will be using REST API provided by Microsoft Azure AD B2C Service with Microsoft Azure Storage Account. REST API makes it easier for clients to consume data from Azure AD B2C Service using different programming languages like C#, Python etc.. REST API uses HTTP requests to send and receive data between client applications and Azure AD B2C Service endpoints. We can use HTTP PUT method for updating records or HTTP GET method for getting records from Azure AD B2C Service endpoints. When we make an HTTP GET request on an endpoint, we need to provide authentication credentials before receiving data from Azure AD B2C Service endpoints. And when we make an HTTP PUT request on an endpoint, we need to provide authentication credentials before updating records from Azure AD B2C Service endpoints. We will be making HTTP GET requests on our Azure AD B2C Service endpoints for accessing data from our AgileCRM account and making HTTP PUT requests on our Azure AD B2C Service endpoints for updating data from our Office 365 account into our AgileCRM account. Note. We do not require any authorization code at this stage because we are using sandbox environment for testing purposes. We will be using a browser based application called Postman for creating HTTP requests for accessing data from our Azure AD B2C Service endpoint URL which will point towards Microsoft Azure Storage Account for retrieving data from our AgileCRM account into our Office 365 account. We will be using C# based application called JsonSpy for modifying HTTP requests for updating data from our Azure AD B2C Service endpoint URL which will point towards Microsoft Azure Storage Account for storing data from our Office 365 account into our AgileCRM account. The below figure depicts how we will be integrating Agile CRM with Office 365 using data exchange:

    B. Outlook Integration - Import Contacts From Agile CRM To Office 365:Outlook integration helps us in creating conversations between different business applications like Outlook and Salesforce etc.. The integration allows you to see all your conversations from different channels together thereby allowing you to respond quickly based on context instead of having to search through your inboxes separately for each channel. It also helps you get a complete picture of your interactions with your customers over email, phone calls, meetings etc., thereby empowering you to drive engagement effectively at every stage of your customer relationship management cycle. Out of the box integration comes with prebuilt connectors like Active Directory synchronization, SharePoint synchronicity etc., which help organizations in synchronizing data between Outlook and other applications easily without writing any code etc.. In order to get started with Outlook integration, we need to install Microsoft Dynamics 365 Connector for Outlook add-in in Outlook 2013 or later versions after which we need to configure it by opening the Dynamics 365 Connector for Outlook configuration window by going to File > Options > Add-Ins > Manage. Dynamics365Connector > Configure Dynamics 365 Connector option from the Outlook ribbon menu as shown below:
