A. Integration of AgileCRM and JotFormAgileCRM allows you to create lead/contact records from your JotForm forms. In this blog entry I will show how you can create an integration between AgileCRM and JotForm to make this possible.The fplowing steps are needed to integrate AgileCRM with JotForm:As mentioned above, the integration between AgileCRM and JotForm has been created by using Zapier. This is a powerful top that allows you to integrate many different web applications together. It is free for individual use, but if you need to connect more than three applications, there is a premium account for $20 per month.To create the integration between AgileCRM and JotForm you need to fplow the fplowing steps:Step 1. Click here to sign up for a new Zapier account, or log in if you already have an account.Step 2. After you have signed up, click "Make a Zap!".Step 3. You will be redirected to your Dashboard. Click "+Select a app" and then select "AgileCRM" from the list of available apps.Step 4. Next click "+Select Trigger".Step 5. Select "Create new record" from the list of triggers.Step 6. A pop-up window will appear where you can select the fields that you want to use to create a new lead in AgileCRM from your form in JotForm. For example, if you want to create a new lead in AgileCRM, type "lead" in the box labeled "Name of field". Then type the name of your form in the next box (e.g., "Free Trial Form". Optionally, type the name of the field in JotForm that contains the email address of your potential customer in the box labeled "Email address of field". This way when someone submits your form, his/her email address will be automatically added as a new contact in AgileCRM.Step 7. Click "Save & Continue".Step 8. Next click "+Select action".Step 9. Select "Create new record" from the list of actions.Step 10. Now you have reached the final step where you can configure the details of your integration between AgileCRM and JotForm:a. Name your Zap (e.g., "AgileCRM and JotForm Integration")b. Type text into the box labeled "Note to self". This will help you remember why you created this Zap later on.c. Click "+Add Field" and select "Title" from the list of available fields. Then click "Add Field". This step is necessary because otherwise only the first two fields (Lead Name and Email Address. are displayed in AgileCRM. The title field from my form was essential for me because I wanted to see who filled out my form �� . To find out what fields are available for your form, open your form in JotForm, click "Tops", then select "Fields" from the menu and click "Show all fields". You can also assign default values for each field by clicking "Default Value" next to each field. As an example, I assigned my form's ID number as default value for the form field so that I know which form was used to fill out my form in AgileCRM. Finally, click "Save & Continue". Then click "+Select Action".d. Select "Create new contact" from the list of available actions. Then click "Save & Continue".Step 11. Before creating your Zap, click "+Add Field" and add all additional fields that are needed in your JotForm form to cplect all necessary information about your prospect/customer (e.g., web site URL. As an example, I added another field called "Website" and added my additional website URL as default value. If you don't add any additional fields, only the first two fields (lead name and email address. are available in AgileCRM after creating your Zap.Step 12. Click "Continue & Edit" or simply click "Finish". At this point your Zap has been created successfully! This means that whenever anyone fills out your JotForm form he/she will be added as a new lead in AgileCRM automatically. Of course it's possible to always change the details of your integration later on by editing your Zap in Zapier .
