Adobe Sign has a free version that allows users to send documents for signature, but the free version does not have a time stamp or a history of each signer’s activity. The paid version allows the same features but also includes a time stamp and a history of each signer’s activity. This is useful for people who receive signed documents from clients. If you have a company with multiple locations, adding the location information will allow participants to see exactly where other meeting attendees are signing from. You can also add participants from existing contact lists for convenience.

GoToMeeting was created by Citrix Systems Incorporated and allows users to video conference with up to 25 participants. The service works with Mac and Windows operating systems and can be used on PCs, iPhones, iPads and Android devices. GoToMeeting offers a free version and a paid version.
