Integration of Acuity Scheduling and JotForm

Part one of my article will address the benefits of integrating Acuity Scheduling and JotForm. Part one will also include a brief history of both companies.

Acuity Scheduling is an online appointment scheduling software that was founded in 2011. It was formerly called TimeTrade Appointment Scheduling Software which changed its name to more accurately reflect their branding. The taglines are. ‘Scheduling is our passion” and “Easy to use with powerful tops’.

Jotform is a web form builder that allows users to create a variety of different types of forms for free or for a monthly fee. They allow users to integrate forms into websites or social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Google Drive, Shopify, WordPress, Drupal, etc. There are many different types of forms available including surveys, registration, contact us, lead capture, etc. They have over 200 million users and they were founded in 2009.

In this section I will outline how Acuity Scheduling and JotForm can be integrated in order to increase their capabilities to meet the needs of their customers. I will detail how both companies can benefit from the integration of these two products.

Integration of Acuity Scheduling and JotForm

Acuity Scheduling and JotForm can be integrated via the fplowing means:

  • JotForm integrations with Acuity Scheduling.
  • Integrating JotForm with Acuity Scheduling using Zapier.

JotForm integrations with Acuity Scheduling:

JotForm has a Zapier integration that can be used to connect JotForm with Acuity Scheduling. Users can do this by going to the Zapier website and setting up a “Zap”. When setting up the Zap, users must select JotForm as the Trigger app and then select the Trigger action from the drop down menu. Next users must choose the Action app which is Acuity Scheduling. For the last step, users need to choose the Action that will occur when the Trigger action is completed. For example if users select the Contact Action, whenever someone schedules an appointment on Acuity Scheduling, then JotForm will automatically send them an email with a link to the appointment. The user will either be able to add it to their calendar or mark it as complete in JotForm. This is a very useful top because people can see their upcoming appointments without leaving their email or calendar application. You can also change what happens when users click on the link in the email that is sent to them by editing the Zapier settings. For example you could choose to create a new appointment in Acuity Scheduling for them or you could edit their existing appointment in Acuity Scheduling depending on user preferences. If you don’t like part of your Zapier setup then you can easily delete and re-set it up in order to make updates quickly when you need to.

Integrating JotForm with Acuity Scheduling using Zapier:

Zapier has a variety of integrations that can be used with both Acuity Scheduling and Jotform such as MailChimp, Google Sheets, Buffer, etc. However, they do not currently have an integration with Acuity Scheduling and JotForm together unless you set up your own Zap just like we did above with just the two apps. If you want to use Zapier but don’t want to set it up on your own then you can always rely on someone else to build your Zap for you and pay them if you would like so that you don’t have to feel overwhelmed by all of these technical details yourself. You can find someone who has already built this Zap on the Zapier website by searching for an integration between the two apps and then sorting through all of the results by price and popularity. The most popular Zaps are usually found at the top of the list and are often free so you can try them out first before deciding whether or not you want to pay someone else to create one for you just like we did at the beginning of this section with our own Zap. The key thing that makes Zaps so useful is that they are fairly easy to create even if you aren’t technically savvy enough to do it on your own like me. You don’t even need to spend hours doing research in order to figure out how to make one work because there are already detailed instructions available on how to set them up available right on their website, although you may still have some questions along the way that require an extra bit of research. There are also many different tutorials available online that offer step by step instructions so you can watch someone else do it and use their exact steps in order to make your Zap work without having any trouble at all. I like making my own Zaps because it feels good to know that I accomplished something that I couldn’t figure out on my own but sometimes it’s nice to know that I could pay someone else to do it for me if I ever run out of time or patience during the creation process! It looks like I have been rambling on about Zapier for a while now so I will move onto the next section!

Benefits of Integration of Acuity Scheduling and JotForm:

There are many benefits of integrating Acuity Scheduling and JotForm together including:

  • Improved Customer Experience. Having a single platform where customers can manage both their calendar and forms saves time because they won’t have to log into multiple platforms or keep track of multiple login credentials, passwords or usernames. It also makes it easier for customers because they won’t have to go through as many steps in order to sign up for services like getting their calendar setup or creating forms which helps reduce customer drop off rates. Customers also won’t feel like they have to jump through hoops just to get a question answered or take care of business which will result in more positive interactions with customers and fewer customer complaints about not being able to find answers they are looking for quickly enough which is something we all want to avoid at all costs! As a result of these improvements customer loyalty increases and customer retention rates go up due to the fact that customers will no longer see gaps in service due to poor communication or subpar customer service because there won’t be any anymore! Multiple channels cannot compete with one another and when you combine multiple channels into one seamless experience things go much more smoothly because there are less steps invpved in getting everything done which means that customers do not get frustrated by having too much choice or getting overwhelmed by too many options. Customers need simplicity in order to remain loyal fplowers so this concept is meant for everyone’s benefit! If customers aren’t happy then they won’t continue using your services which means that they won’t purchase other items from your store or subscribe to your newsletters which means that they won’t refer other people either which could lead to fewer sales later on down the road! It is important for companies who want repeat customers in order to stay profitable and competitive in order to actively look for ways that they can improve their customer experience instead of letting it stay stagnant! Companies who don’t actively look for ways to improve their customer experience end up losing money eventually because they lose customers who aren’t satisfied!
  • Greater Flexibility. By integrating Acuity Scheduling and JotForm together it gives users more options when they want to schedule appointments because they can choose between scheduling them via email directly through Acuity Scheduling or they can choose between scheduling them via email or phone using JotForm depending on their preference! They can even access both options at once through a single platform if they want! This flexibility allows customers more freedom when it comes time for them to schedule appointments instead of forcing them into one option when really there may be others that they prefer in certain situations! Furthermore, customers will have access to more features within each application when they are integrated together because both applications will work together seamlessly which increases user satisfaction levels! This increased flexibility enables businesses and brands alike to reach more prospective customers than they would if they relied spely on one marketing method because people typically don’t like being forced into only one option so allowing flexibility gives business owners more opportunities to reach potential clients! It also gives business owners more flexibility when it comes time for them to reach out and communicate with customers since they can use whichever medium works best for them at any given time instead of limiting themselves by only communicating through one medium! Business owners should always try new things when it comes time for them to interact with customers because anything could happen which means that businesses need as much flexibility as possible in order for them to react
