    If you have both Acuity Scheduling and Expensify, you can easily integrate them to make sure your entire team knows exactly what needs to be done at any given time. Here’s how you can do it:

    First, you need to set up account linking between Acuity Scheduling and Expensify. You can do this by going to “Settings” on the left side of your dashboard on Acuity Scheduling, then choosing “Accounts and Integrations” from the menu. Then, click the “Connect with Expensify” tab and fplow all instructions. The first thing you need to do is connect your Acuity Scheduling account with your Expensify account. This is done simply by typing in your Expensify login information on the relevant section in Acuity Scheduling. After this, you will need to select which calendar in Expensify you would like to integrate with your existing calendar in Acuity Scheduling. After you have chosen the Integrate Calendar option in your Dashboard, choose “Yes” when asked if you want to integrate your calendar with Expensify. After a few minutes, this process should be complete and you should see your existing Expensify calendar in your Acuity Scheduling dashboard.

    Now that you have integrated the two platforms, you can easily add events into either platform using the other platform’s URL. If you want to add an event onto your calendar in Expensify, all you need to do is go into Acuity Scheduling using this link. https://www.acuityscheduling.com/users/NAME/calendarID . After doing this, type in the name of the event into the “Event Name” section, then click “Save Event” on the right-hand side of the screen to confirm the event has been added correctly. From this point on, every event in either one of these calendars will be updated in real time in both systems!
