Adobe Sign?

Adobe Sign is an online signature service, which is available for free. It allows you to send important documents securely through email. You can track who signed the document, when they signed it, and where they signed it from.

Adobe sign also allows you to have legally binding contracts, which are easy to create and are sent directly to PDF format.

  • Integration of Acuity Scheduling and Adobe Sign.
    • You can easily create custom templates for your contracts, so that you do not have to start over each time you have a contract to send out. Once you have created a contract template, you can reuse it at any time.
    • Adobe Sign automatically updates the status of the contract as it moves through the process of being signed by the recipients. This includes assigning it to someone, sending it, signing it, submitting it, etc. The status of the contract will be updated on Adobe Sign’s dashboard page. It will also be updated in Acuity Scheduling’s dashboard page.
    • You can easily manage all of your contracts through Acuity Scheduling’s interface. You can see what contracts are open, which ones are closed, and which ones need attention. Once a contract has been completed you can either close it or move it to another fpder for future reference.
    • Integrating Acuity scheduling and Adobe Sign makes it easy to send contracts and documents out via email or fax. You will never have to worry about printing and mailing again. Acuity Scheduling will make sure that your documents get sent and signed and Adobe Sign will make sure that they get returned back to you in PDF format.
    • Acuity Scheduling allows you to set up automated reminders for appointments that need to be booked or opened on a given date and time. For example, if you want to remind someone to book an appointment at 8:00 AM on March 1st then all you have to do is type “March 1st 8:00 AM” into the search bar and select the person who needs the reminder and set the date and time and Acuity Scheduling will automatically send an email reminder to them at the time and date that you specify.
    • When you integrate Acuity Scheduling with Adobe Sign, all documents that require signatures will be stored in Acuity Scheduling’s document library so that they can be accessed at any time by anyone in your company who needs them. Once someone has signed a document they will be able to submit it back through Acuity Scheduling as well as Adobe Sign. The person receiving the signed document will be able to see who signed it, where they signed it from, and when they signed it from within Acuity Scheduling. They will also be able to see the status of the document within Adobe Sign as well as within Acuity Scheduling. The status will include if the document is still waiting for someone to sign it, if it has been signed but not submitted yet, if it has been submitted but not accepted yet, if it has been accepted but not returned yet, etc. The status of the document will move along as each stage is completed until it reaches its final destination. Once a document has reached its final destination it can be closed or moved to another fpder for future reference.
