Blesta is a Business Management Software that helps organizations manage their contacts, projects, tasks, and other important records. Blesta has several add-ons for cplaboration, marketing, and sales that allow users to better perform their daily tasks in the office. One of the add-ons that Blesta offers is ActiveCampaign.
ActiveCampaign is a marketing automation top that allows users to create and send marketing emails, campaigns, and automations. ActiveCampaign also comes with a wide variety of integrations that allow users to easily connect ActiveCampaign with other software.
In this section, I will explain how Blesta works with ActiveCampaign.
Blesta offers an integration of ActiveCampaign that allows users to easily manage their contacts and campaigns through ActiveCampaign. The integration can be installed by going to the Integrations tab on the left side of the page. After clicking on the Active Campaign button, you will be redirected to a page where you can enter your API Key (found on the Settings tab of your ActiveCampaign account. in order to start using the integration. Once you have entered your API Key, you will be able to choose which Active Campaign Tasks you would like to sync with your Blesta project.
You will then be able to see all of your active campaigns from your ActiveCampaign dashboard on your Blesta dashboard under the Active Campaigns subtab. You can then quickly access your contacts from Blesta through the Contacts tab on your Active Campaigns subtab. You can view your contacts’ information from their contact record(s. or from their membership on your active campaigns. By clicking on a contact’s name, you will be redirected to their contact record in Blesta. You can then create actions for them from there.
The integration of ActiveCampaign and Blesta allows users to perform their day-to-day tasks more efficiently. With one click, they can import their contacts into Blesta by accessing their ActiveCampaign account through the integration. They can then engage with them by creating actions for them, which are automated tasks that will send them messages or reminders about upcoming events or deadlines. This means that users do not have to manually go into each contact’s record and assign actions for them one at a time. Instead, they can simply click on their contact’s name in the ActiveCampaign subtab and select the action they want to assign to them. This makes it much easier for users to keep track of what they need to do so that they can focus more on the tasks at hand instead of having to remember every single person they need to contact or action they need to take.
